This handmade top is slightly big on my daughter who is an extra small B cup. It was made for a B cup and a size small/medium. The band measures 32in just under the bust when tied. The tightness can be adjusted either making it tighter or looser. The bust measures 28in. I think if you’re a small C cup it will fit nicely.
