Wow, what a top. I have never seen this one sold before, so this is very rare. It is Y2K vintage, manufactured in the early 00’s. Top is a beautiful deep green, with a budgie parrot pendant in the middle (how cute!). Since I love budgies I have included a cute pic of them to brighten your day.
